" Visited the cinema on the 14/06/16 to watch The Conjuring ... Was shown the selection of seats n I requested for D 15 ... Upon entering the cinema hall n went to my seat only to be shewed away by another person saying he was at seat D 15 , upon checking my ticket stub I was given G 15 , I'm sure I asked for D 15 .... The staff must at least double check with the customer ... But I do admit I should hv checked but well in most cases I don't hv to n never had to .... Oh well it a learning experience "
