" Worst care rental service ever. TOTALLY RUIN MY WEEKEND HOLIDAY. Would not even give any star if possible!!!
Booked my car on 17 Nov 2017. But when i went to collect on 16 dec 2017 2pm. There told me the car was not available. And it was still awaiting confirmation.
We even need to take cab to desaru. which many of you may know that n no one might even want to go from johor bahru to desaru.
But as you can see from the photo it shows the booking is already confirmed. Some more i put in the effort to reconfirm my booking few days before with europcar by emailing them (3 TIMES?!?!?) but no one one replied me. Is it cause i didn't rent for a lot of days? The customer service sux!
The guy just told us to go try other car rental shop. Is there any shop out there that has any car to rent on the same day... "
