First time was the water pump for the windshield. A couple of days later, a second one broke. Ok, maybe coincidence. They changed it free of charge but charged me $80.00 for a set of wiper blades. Guess they got their money back in.
Second time, I had an engine issue. The car was shaking. So they said it could be one of three sensors. They changed one part at a time and charged me 3 times. Even though it was an issue caused by only one sensor!
Since then my fuel consumption went up to 12 liters (from 8) went back to ask to solve the problem. Got the reply, sorry can't tell you what the issue is and how to resolve it.
Brought my car to get an error checked out to a different BMW workshop, now it seems that I have multiple issues, which will cost me about $4000. And I was told that these issues were around for quite a while now and should have been detected.
Save your time and money and go to a better place. "

" I am a very long customer of this workshop. I have seen it constant envolve to where they are now. I am with them since 2007 and has been sending my bmws for them to maintain. I have also recommended my circle of friends. Their experience with this workshop is pleasant as my friends have went to several workshops but couldn't find one that is experienced in BMW.
This workshop doesn't recommend cheap engine oil or repairs. The advise on quality than quantity of vehicles to serve. They would not hesitate to ask customers to look for other workshop for those we seek for cheap repairs because they are specialised and are really good at BMW. "

" Honest and capable workshop owner with no nonsense. Had constant engine overheat issue. Went to other workshops but not able to resolve and have constant problem. Mr Lim was quick to identify and fix with 100% assurance that he is able to resolve if I were to give him the trust. Certainly not a workshop that give the cheapest quote but caoablec to fix with quality and assurance. This workshop is damn badass at fixing BMW! With them around, my BMW can finally find its calm. "
