I have tried other auto shops before, many of them lack of experiences, many times have to go back for return jobs. GSC Auto Services is different, they have experience workers. The boss is excellent, he just ask me a few questions about the car ,then he can figure out the fault, so amazing! I strongly recommend. "

" Hi, my name is Rokson. I own a 2007 Toyota Estima. I have been using many different car service workshops over the years, but most of them didn’t give me satisfactory after services explaination of what had been done or what I should look out for in the future. By 2012, my car aircon was giving me some problem in need for a compressor change. My Service Agent at that time gave me a quote simply off the head without doing any research. I was not satisfied and wanted to go do some checking on my own. I did a Google search for a quotation and found GSC Automotive. Jasmine answered my call. She gave me a quote that was almost the same as my original workshop, but she was very pleasant to talk to and educated me in many things about my car that gave me a good feeling that she knows what she is saying. With that I decided to give GSC a try. They did a very good job in replacing my aircon compressor while at the same time adviced me on what I should look out for in my next service. From then on, I have been returning to GSC every 10,000 Km service. They would do their best to get the service done ASAP to meet my tight schedule. Frequently they would give me alternatives and most economic recommendation. Mr. Soh being the boss would get his hands dirty frequently to address many of the issues. We have become friends over the years. I am very happy with GSC and their service. "

" I will like to give full recommendation to others car owner with this auto services given by GSC Auto Services. Their senior staff Mr Soh was very attentive with the problem occurred with our car and the outcome was fantastic and satisfaction.
They had great packages of car servicing with reasonable prices and the troubleshooting of car problem was excellent I will never failed to come over for servicing here again for years and over.
I will still support to come over to GSC Auto Services if I have any problem with my car again.

" BEWARE! Never trust this workshop. Beware again
I came here for BMW transmission problem.
First I was greeted by a young lady. Explain that checking fee is $60.
Therafter checking with their computer to my car, they told me I need to reset and the resetting cost another $250 exclude $60 I have to pay.
They ask me go drink coffee n come back 1.5hrs later as resetting takes time. I didn't accept this repair as my car going to scrap in two months time. But still need pay $60 plus gst for a SIMPLE checking fee.
My Friend recommended me to one mechanic in sin ming, he uses the computer n reset my car in 2min. The transmission error had gone and my car able to drive as usual.
Best of all, he didn't charge me a cent !!!
They can actually easily reset my car but instead, they wanted to cheat me for extra money. Pretending that reset takes 1.5hrs, n ask me drink coffee n come back! "

" Had a minor dent and scratch on company van, they help me repair and respray within a day knowing my company need van to deliver. Pricing is cheaper than many other shops I asked. Spray work nicely done and no marks left on damaged areas. Very good!! Their servicing very reasonable price also. On TOP of all this, good service is most important! "

" My car overheated in Woodlands last weekend and had to be towed in. Mr Soh repaired and put my car back on the road even though it was past his closing time on Sunday.
Repair cost was reasonable and he even repaired the old jerking problems I was living with for years. Now the car feels like new!

" Over charge and unwilling to take responsibility. Went there for major servicing and got charge near to 1k. In the end after less than 1.5 month, the car overheat and have to be tow back. Spent another 400 to change out the radiator fan and chemical wash. But in the end car still unable to move. Due to water pump not change. Go there to repair your car at your own risk. "

" AVOID this crappy scumbag auto workshop. Car was serviced there by a China man it hired to do your car. A week later, car stalled on the road! Horrid service, anything wrong with your car, they won't take your calls. And the man called Mr Soh said company belonged to an "old american boss" We think it's just to deceive customers in case anything wrong with your car, cannot claim from the actual boss himself, Mr Soh. "

I went there for air-con repair and ended up with a large bill for repairing electrical, sensors, rewiring(?!) And the girl can shout at you, fix appointment but u come and yet have to leave the car overnight!
