" My first time here and I felt it was a horrible and unfriendly experience. I walked in and nobody greeted me. All were busy playing with a Golden Retriever that was behind the counter even though they knew I was there (somebody had to unlock the door). Was I expected to stand there forever? The assistant who finally did didn't even bother saying hi or greeted me or anything to make me feel welcomed. She just asked me what I wanted.
I didn't bring my sick pet as she's really little and might get stressed and I just wanted to see what the place was like. The assistant insisted that I should bring my pet. I told her that I didn't want to stress my pet out. She then told me "Then bring your cat elsewhere." Bring it elsewhere?! Exact sentence: "Bawa tempat lainlah." While it's true that I should have brought my cat, she should have at least been a little bit more helpful, to ask me questions as to how long my cat's been sick or if there were any house call services or something to make me feel welcome instead of just closing the doors on me.
I was a potential customer even though I wasn't going to pay anything in my first walk-in visit. Why didn't they see the fact that if I was happy with how they treated their walk-in-for-info customers I might come back to give business or even recommend this place? I am sticking to Nusajaya Veterinary which is about 8 minutes drive away, the vet is way friendlier and efficient. "
