" When to this shop to fix the front tyre of my mountain bike. The service staff there really not service oriented. I politely ask the 2 technician at the back of the shop if they could check my bike but i was ignored. When I was about to leave the shop a lady approached me and offered to help and I was told that the inner tube of the front wheel is leaking thus it cannot be inflated. As such I asked her to replace it. Upon inspection of my old inner tube when I brought it home to test my air pump, surprisingly it is not leaking. I think not only is this shop poor in customer service, they are also not honest. Such a shame after having a reputation of 20 years. Totally not recommended to go this shop. "

" Had to get my tires replaced and chose L & T Cycle because of the good reviews here. Wasn't disappointed. Lady boss says the shop has been around for 20 odd years! Had several other customers coming in while I was there for 20 mins. Recommended! "
