" NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

Sadly, their level of service has deteriorated. Quite disappointed as we've used their services for some time now for both our properties.
Gripes:-
1) Workers spoiled our wall by cleaning with wet towels during chemical washing recently, despite repeated reminders and us offering dry towels for it. The same happened with our natural wood floor despite the above. Our marble floor was not covered with plastic sufficiently. I highlighted it to them, and Sharon told me to lay some more of their plastic if I wanted to. (Shouldn't they be the one doing this for me?) She'd also thought our penthouse was rented and said that I can get the landlord to fix the floor if anything goes wrong. I'd told her off and said that we'd bought our home and any repairs would come from our hard earned money.
a) Workers just made themselves at home when they were in our place. Unplugged the equipment in our bedroom without asking which powerpoints they could use.
b) Sharon, their supervisor was barely supervising them. She was mostly busy on the phone attending to other bookings for the day (some of which I could hear they were more than an hour late for).
2) Nobody bothers to answer customer's enquiry or calls. When we contacted them recently to ask for rates on fixing the ac in our tenant's unit they just showed up without informing us eventhough I made it clear to them that I was the landlord and was footing the bill. They didn't even answer my msgs or return my missed calls.
a) I had to keep chasing Lemoncool for the final bill- was initially told $2k to change for a whole new ac, which didn't make sense to us since it was a motor issue. Was given an offer of $1k to change some parts and the motor eventually.
b) Despite the above, nobody from Lemoncool informed me that they'd to come back after the weekend with some parts to compare and replace with. I only found out when my tenant updated me.
c) Called Lemoncool to ask why nobody bothered to update me and was told that they don't work on weekends. Which doesn't make sense since they first came on a Fri. How is it so hard to update your customers? What made it worse was they'd only updated us when they were on the way to our tenant's unit.
3) Frustrated at their attitude I told them that I'd wanted to cancel that appointment since I was not updated about it. I was also unhappy at how we'd been handled. Sharon offered a cut in the bill and quoted $500 eventually (probably to pacify me).
a) Hours later she texted me to say that the bill would be $900 as the compressor they brought along was not compatible with the motor. Again, their logic didn't make sense. Why the sudden/last minute increase? They should have noticed and known this when they first came on Fri and not end up with a wrong compressor on Mon.
Very sad as to how they take their customers for granted. Especially since we've been with them for quite awhile. Their service used to be better and prompt. Now it seems they are just out to make a quick buck wherever they can. Please engage them with caution and your eyes wide open. Not worth the hassle and stress of having to go through all this just for an ac. "
