" We were staying nearby hotel and so went to MBO for all the shows. The tickets were priced reasonably as compared to Singapore. MBO offered the cheapest tickets sale on Wednesday. Sound effect and comfy level was acceptable. However, the audience could be taking loudly at times. "

" I'm not usually one to post bad reviews but I must share my experience.
Here's something that all patrons should know. When you're buying tickets, the counter staff will ask you if you want to buy snacks (popcorn and drinks), and they will tell you that you won't be able to purchase snacks from the snack counter. They claim that the counter doesn't sell snacks--you buy the snacks at the ticket counter and redeem your snacks at the snack counter.
DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE. Why? Because they don't show you the menu at the ticket counter and will make you purchase the more expensive snack options. My wife and I had unknowingly purchased a RM25 popcorn and TOY DRINK COMBO which we obviously WON'T BUY because WHY WOULD WE BUY A TOY FROM THE CINEMA.
Serious tip. Buy the tickets, refuse the hard sell from the counter staff, and buy your snacks from the snack counter. "

" not a bad place, but sometimes the air-con is slightly colder, remember to bring ur jacket ! and be careful when buying popcorn along with the movie ticket, some time the person at the counter will fool you into buying their Special set Pop corn, i got mine pop corn set for 16.90/set along with the kungfu panda cup which is not the thing i wanted, be sure to say Regular set !!! "

But had to wait outside till 15mins b4 the movie screening time before we can be admitted into the screening hall. "
