People avoid there because there are major building flaws which said to be sunken few cm. Now renovation on the way to support back the building but store still open.
Not recommended to go there AT ALL. Life at stakes. "

" It’s a good places for visit, it not the most crowded places, but it’s clean and got child playground. AlegroKTV was good, XO Suki never try, Brewsky, Duck King, Kari Epok-Epok, Ayam Taliwang, etc "

" Lots of variety shops. The best is the sunboss which is kind of like low-budget department store. Foods are also variant here. Don't forget that there're underground parking lots which seems to be missed often. "
