" No greetings (or even just a nod / smile) at all from the staff the entire time when we were looking around in the shop, even though at one point the lady sales assistant walked to our spot to get something behind the counter for a customer who was already there (meaning she was facing us and seeing us but just ignoring us). The male assistant was looking at his phone and ignoring us too. Very disappointed. "
