Recently I engage Reward Laundry for an urgent curtain drycleaning for the whole 4 bedder Apartment in Orchard.
They did an amazing job. From taking down the curtain to hang back after clean, they did it themselves. I was not at home. I just unlocked the back door for them to come into the apartment.
Curtain was so clean and smell good. Will engage them again. "

" I regret not recommending my daughter to send her branded wedding gown to the trusted laundry near my home which has been used by my relatives. Instead she went to this unprofessional laundry service. They have torn her branded wedding gown and never offered an official apology. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and distress to my daughter. If she has to sell her wedding dress, she has to make a loss of at least $2K. To add insult to injury, their offer of a pittance compensation includes a deduction for their service fee for dry cleaning (ie: ruining) the dress. "

" Ruined my wedding gown. Delivery man insisted to remove the cape of my crystals of wedding gown (which was meant to prevent the crystals from pricking onto the tulle) and the gown bag despite my maid telling him not to. (I wasnt Home then). They offered to sew but what a disaster. No compensation was offered and they wanted me to pay the full amount for the dry cleaning service. This is ridiculous given that my gown is worth more than their dry cleaning services. Worst part of it was the delivery of gown came back in a flimsy plastic and without a cape to prevent the crystals from pricking again! These people don’t know how to deal with cloth and fabric. Would give 0 stars if I could. Never go to Reward Laundry unless you’ll like to be “Reward-ed” with torn clothes "

" Very happy with the wedding gown dry clean and preservation services provided by Reward Laundry to handle my Wife's wedding gown that was in the closet for an number of years. Managed to remove the yellow patches and give us the assurance it will not turn yellow for quite a while. "
