" What happened:
I was interested in a car model. Called to see if any was available for me to have a look. The staff who answered the phone said there was, and agreed to our request. However when we got there they said "none of that car is available now". SUMMARY: IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF WASTED OUR TIME. "
