" Made a purchase of wrong size, seek to clarify with the staff of the shop and Sg HQ. However they are super rude and impolite in handling the situation. Prior to the purchase, they told us there’s only one size and seek to quickly close the deal. Did not make an effort to ensure customer got the right product but rather ensure that customer paid fully for the product. Utterly disappointed with their services. Definitely would NOT consider/advice others to purchase any of their products ever again. I do understand that in business POV, sales are important, but what’s more important is the service that you provide to your customers to ensure customer satisfaction/purchase. "
