" 2 stars only for quick reply, and early arrival. 1+ year old toilet leaking. Quoted $250. Dismantled toilet bowl, but could not fit it back. Said even if he fit it back it will have defects and only offered 3 mth guarantee. Suggested to change entire toilet for $600 as it's a goner. Admitted later he could not fix it and maybe someone else could. Charged only transport fee and left without cleaning up. Got another plumber in the same day who fixed everything for $80 with 3 yr guarantee. I admit my water closet had a tricky installation, however his suggestions were not customer-oriented & were for his own benefit not mine. Use this plumbing service at your own risk. "
