" Spa Esprit owns Strip which hard sells services that you do not need! Girls, be careful when buying packages from Strip! I am never going to buy another service from them. I am not even sure when I will be able to finish the 6 extra sessions of IPL that they convinced me I needed. Even after rationalizing with several store managers, their... response was I need these sessions and they would not budge on giving me any other option. Terrible customer service for a spa! "
