" The room air conditioning is good, lighting is good, bed and pillow are perfect for a short stay in batam. Sadly tho, the toilet is very cramped and when bathing water would splash out all the way towards the bathroom door, leading to me having to wipe up every time I bathed. Breakfast is just terrible. Even Indonesia''s signature Chickens are horrible to my tastebuds. The best from the buffet would be the egg cooking area and the drinks. Dissapointed tbh. Having to cross the road and cut across the buildings to access a 7 minute away Batam City Square mall is convenient if not for the difficulty if crossing the road. Besides that If anyone's going to bat am for a stay, I'd recommend Gideon hotel or somewhere at Nagoya Hill. Have a nice day Google. "

" Place is great. Very clean and good service. Large breakfast buffet. But got a room that smells like a cigarette, even though we booked a non smoking room, which the guy behind the counter also confirmed when we checked in. "

" The location still good for a traveller.. Because near food center and mall within walking distance.. But the hotel room smells like an old place.. Not really comfortable.. Breakfast still oke "

" Stayed here for the 2nd time and booked through Agoda for S$38 a night. Basically clean room and friendly staff so the stay here is quite comfortable. Wifi is just good enough for normal use, not strong enough for even YouTube. The road outside is currently under construction so the traffic is very chaotic thus rooms facing the road is noisy all the time. "

" On the 5th floor, rooms were fine. It's been fully renovated.
But on the 3rd floor, even the carpet along room corridor smelled as if the whole floor was less ventilated.
The service was good, they let us move to cleaner rooms on the 5th floor. "

Food not really great, but average.
Quite a distance from harbour bay ferry terminal.
SPA is a no no for any one.
Wifi throughout the hotel.
Wifi speed inconsistent, but advantage there is wifi in the room.
It was just a one day stay for me so these are what I've seen.
There may be other good things. Till next time. "
