" Fantastic Customer service and facilities. My only suggestion is don’t stay in the tent during the day time or when it’s hot. It can be stuffy even though they have air con and fans in the tent. Enjoy the outdoors instead. Also suggest booking the Kelong seafood from the front desk. Would be an unique experience you wouldn’t forget easily. "

" The pool is amazing. Blue, clean, with water activities. Very hot so play in the morning or afternoon otherwise you get sunburn. The tents are cute but walls are thin you practically hear every convo outside. Outdoor bathroom is not comfortable on mid day. Very hot so I don't feel fresh after shower, immediately sweating again. Not easy access to lobby if rain. I experienced that. Food is marginal and super overpriced. TV service is bad. Mine was not functional. Wifi service all over the area but with poor stability, on and off, streaming often buffer. "

" A good resort for groups who like water sports and adventure activities. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and only managed to cover about 2/3 of what are available. Rooms are fully booked which may explain why it is pretty pricy. The f&b price is acceptable as usual resort price. The staff are friendly and helpful. "

" Great place for a short getaway. Lagoon is very big and overall area is clean. The barbeque is highly recommended. The staff are friendly and approachable. There were water sports for both adults and kids. Never forget to bring sunscreen as the place don’t have much trees. "

" They do not response to emails. Been approximately 4 weeks and still no response. I even rang the hotel asking for the Duty Manager. It’s seems this resort do not have a duty manager. They are the “in” hotel now in Bintan always full booked so I guess they don’t need to bother about emails. Well what goes up must come down. Matter of time another new nicer resort will beat your popularity. Some booking websites your ratings have dropped to 3 stars by the way! "

" I loved our stay there in The Canopi. It is a good overnight/weekender destination. The concept of the glamping rooms were unique and nice. The room we booked was great - there was a very spacious toilet and bath. The jacuzzi didn't work initially but the guy from engineering helped fix it (though there was some mismatch with the symbols and functions when pressed). Food was good - though a bit pricey than usual, expected though. The beach-like pool was great and there were many activities to do. Too bad it was raining and we didn't have time to do any of the more extreme ones. Anyway, all in all it was a good experience and will definitely consider coming back! "

" The man-made lagoon is probably the best thing you can enjoy out of this resort. A lot of water sports and activities are available for the guests, for additional price of course. Even the room is fantastic. The only downside is the lack of in room dining service (which is fine considering the camping concept they use), and the breakfast they provide is quite standard. Overall, an excellent resort for couples, families or even friends. "

View is nice for pictures and lots of activities, in water as well as on land. You can spend all time there, without going out. You can charge everything to your room with a wristband, no need to carry any cash. Very convenient, and worry free. "

" one of the new resort in Bintan Lagoi. Glamping sounds more suitable for the place, glamorous camping. the design is unique, u fee like staying in a camp, with aircon and unique interior. Outdoor bathroom, still in the camp, steps away from Treasure Bay, crystal clear water with games for adults and kids. The sunset here is always nice. Foods and beverage from the restaurants fits my tongue. "
