He sarcastically remarked that i have a stubborn tooth when he failed terribly in pulling it out in his first few tries. He struggled and took very long to extract my tooth. After that he told me that the price will be much higher due to the difficulty he faced during extraction. Then I was given painkillers and anti biotics. No mouthwash or any extra precautions I should take. Receptionist was rude and talked to me like I'm some kind of stupid. To sum things up, I had a bad experience. "

" My name is Andrew Yeo. On 14th August 2017 at around 9:00p.m. I saw Dr. Yu about my toothache. It was my last resort and the consultation was arranged by my friend who happens to know Dr. Yu.
In spite of the excruciating pain on my left lower jaw, 2 different dentists I saw earlier said there was nothing wrong and my teeth were normal. They made their diagnosis with X-Rays taken around the afflicted area.
I did not have an appointment, but Dr. Yu was kind enough to stay after working hours to take a look. It was around 9:00 p.m. when I was examined by Dr. Yu. What happened next was unbelievable. Dr. Yu was spot on. He almost immediately identified a crack in one of my molars where 2 others dentists (from very well established Dental Chains) with X-Rays couldn't. Amazing.
It was a difficult extraction but with Dr. Yu's skillful and God-guided hands, the whole procedure went without a hitch. I could feel the pain subsiding as soon as the tooth was extracted. It was a relief beyond words. Dr. Yu informed me that I can expect to feel some pain for the next 1 or 2 days. However, following the extraction, there was no more pain at all and I was off painkillers. Believe it or not, 8 hours after the extraction, I was eating pizza with my wife.
Thank You Dr. Jonathan Yu! I wish more dentists could be like you combining incredible skills and extraordinary compassion in the face of immense suffering.

" Neighbourhood clinic. Don't expect any customer service from aunty who can barely speak english and very rude. Don't expect good skill from dentist. What you pay is what you get. Never going back again. Think twice before making the trip there. There are at least 3 dental clinics near by. I recommend going to the others and make this your last choice. "
