" Ridiculously expensive parking space, this is not located at ochard road but jurong neighbourhood parking. Inflexible staffs to attend and unable to solve problems. There are more places to rent which is economical. Refund policy cannot make it. "

" Terrible experience living here. The staff treated everyone inconsistently. They wouldn't give us our mailbox key, saying that they would check it every day for us. They didn't, and as a result, one of my roommates had a package get sent back to his home country, wasting a lot of time and money. The rent we were charged was higher than other people we knew living there were charged. The utilities were way higher than other properties nearby. There is only one entrance and you have to show your ID card to the security guards (who are usually in a bad mood) to get in or out. Feels like a prison. We moved out one month before our three month contract was up because it was such a bad experience. Definitely would not recommend. "
