" We booked the CF Komodo Hotel online only to be told they were fully booked when we arrived and told to stay in a sister hotel.
Room was basic, however some of the bedding was dirty. The room included a free shuttle bus to the town (as it was so far compared to the other one which was walking distance) which didn't work on our first night so we were told we had to pay for a taxi, other nights it did work but seemed to leave at different times each night. Then when returning from a boat trip we were told we had to move rooms immediately because a larger group needed it. When we entered the room to move our stuff we noticed that the room had already been prepared for the other group and some of our stuff had been moved.
We also met another couple who had the exact same experience with double booking, which seems a bit too much to be a coincidence. "

" Very friendly staff and very clean rooms for a good price! No hot water but its not freezing. AC is working perfectly and the bed is really comfortable.
Lots of mosquitos though, make sure you dont leave the door open too long. Breakfast is included. A shuttle service to the restaurant area at the bay is also available.
I stayed for two nights and i enjoyed it very much. A mix between guest house and hotel, i would definitely recommend. "

" It is a bit far from everything so you need to rent a motorbike or rely on the free pickup and drop off that they organize. People working here are really friendly and nice. The room is clean and with air conditioning and satellite tv. Wi-Fi signal is poor. The owner is a kind local woman who also knows very well Italian. "

" Worst hotel experience in 7 months of travelling SE Asia...
We arrived for our 4 night stay to be told they'd given away our room for the final 2 nights, without informing us. It took over 2 hours of arguing to even get a refund. The hotel is over an hours walk from the town, with a lot of hills so you need to rely on their 'shuttle' which only runs once a day and sometimes not at all. We asked to book a taxi in to town for our diving trip which they then didn't provide - we had to go out on the road and flag down some motorbike taxis at 6.30am. They walked into our room unannounced a couple of times, and the breakfast is tiny. "

" Not in town but a free shuttle bus runs in evening to and from town foe dinner. They can assist with tours and provide a mediocre breakfast. Staff nice. Room comfortable, clean and water provided as well as free tea/coffee at reception. Wifi poor in bedroom. "
