" Has a great breakfast and direct access to beach. The beach is dirty though so don't dip in and when you do, ask the hotel staffs first because there are gators. Better stick with the infinity pool. The foot massages at the spa is good with standard pricing (Rp125k). The room is comfortable and has a windowed bathroom. "

" I'd give this place 2 stars if it weren't for the nice room, good food, great view, and easy access to the beach. First, the the bathroom had a funny odour that just wouldn't go away. Then there's the staff who are very friendly, but not very fast. I asked for a banner to be taken down and delivered to my room in the afternoon. By night it still hadn't been delivered. So i called the reception again and found out it had been misplaced. At 11pm (!) they called to notify that the banner had been found. Also, it took a full hour just to check out because we had to wait for the accounting staff to arrive and sign our invoice. Would not come here again unless they improve service. "
