I have been here a few times and always like the fish head beehoon soup with a few varieties, fried, fresh, with or without ideal milk.
The fish is fresh and it is always cooked to perfection, not overcooked but you could bite off the meat easily from the bones.
The soup might be slightly salty to some but it is their standard soup and taste.
You could also request for which part of the fish head you wish to have more. The owner would be more than happy to comply. If you do not like fish head, fish fillet is just equally delicious. "
