" Extremely bad service. A promotion agent had convinced me to buy promotion coupons when I wasn't that keen. Took the package for parents. The supervisor on duty actually first mentioned that if there are no photo id s for the parents they'll refuse entry! Do they think they are the only facial service in Singapore? Then I thought that all the pain will be worth it if their service is good. But they offered a very hurried mediocre service. It didn't even appear that they had done facial! I tried this new place. Not coming back here again. "
