And they even lied about buying over weight luggage costs while travelling with the Scoot flight. According to them we need to purchase it before going to Thailand to avoid Thailand charging us in US dollars.
Later we found out that Thailand will be charging Thai Baht instead of US dollars. We did not have to purchase the over weight cost in Singapore, if we were over weight with our luggage, we could have just purchase it over in Thailand. At the time we paid for the extra weight cost and came home under weight of 10 kg.
Do not trust this tour agency. They are unreliable and do not know their business!
