The instructors are knowledgeable, provide a great workout and make it fun in the process. I have never felt a stronger sense of community in a gym ever. I would recommend to anyone wanting something different, demanding, challenging and fun. Evolve MMA gives you an amazing experience at a level that meets both of your personal fitness goals and life goals! "
