" Giant has very poor customer service. Most of their staff are grumpy, unfriendly and rude! Unsure of their product knowledge. Giant probably is paying their staff too littke money and hence the attitude of the staff are unacceptable. I prefer shopping at Sheng Siong, Prime Mart and NTUC! "
