The skin was flaky and thin, unlike those hard bland factory ones sold at supermarkets 😛😛 The soft chewy peanut candy was really nice too, love the taste of dried orange (I think??) skin inside... though they don't sell this individually so you have to buy a box... The flaky thin hard peanut brittle candy was a disappointment though, cos it was quite tasteless...
Second time that I visited, I tried the hard peanut brittle candy and it was so good!! It's not the usual factory kind and the peanut is so fragrant!! Had to buy in a box of 8 though... wished they sold the candies in assorted versions instead so that I can get to try all of them...
Third time there, went to get carrot cake bcos it looks rly pretty. Wasn't rly to my liking tho. I mean, it was decent. But not rly mindblowing. The cake texture was like huat kuih and the top was coated w cream cheese. The cream cheese didn't taste rly good, more of like a cheese slice taste I guess?? "
