" Went for a family day last weekend. The place definitely need to look into the cleanliness of the tableware, the bathroom, the pool, the playground, the choice of menu, just to name a few. It is high time the management spruce up the place. Not recommended until they make major changes. The 1 star is only for the purpose of posting. "

" The food is totally out of expectation. Some of their staffs were not really friendly. They put some kind of irritating face when guests were around. The room (apartment) is ok, big space, but their beds, cupboards, bathroom's appliances were outdated. Environment is ok, it's just that not really friendly usage for the guests, because the guests have to walk around the resort a bit far from the wet theme park to their apartments, as there were too many fences & gates that surrounding the areas... "

" Apartment is not clean. A lot of crack everywhere (old building) Shower hose loose and leak. Toilet smells like cockroaches everywhere. Sliding door cannot lock (very unsafe, people could barge in easily). Food serve for breakfast, lunch and dinner is not worth the price. Nevertheless, good place for kids to play in the themepark. Not recommended for couples or small families. "

" I don't want to recommend this place to one who very detailed and fussy. They have the worst management ever. If I knew the owner, I would go straight to them and say, 'You should be ashamed on how you run your business here, how you manage to get idea on obtained profit by spreading false advertisement about your hotel? Giving out beautiful photos but when arrived you get leaking airconds, broken toilet flush, and even lousy cuisine you've prepared for your customers ?'
There's thing I could see, your maintenance team had done their best to fulfill all customer's need day and night, your kitchenette and servers had done their best on pulling all the sweat to cater customer's need. But i certainly knew that they work under one management whom, I could say, cheapskate. Yes I know to maintain the good thing is hard, and very very pricey. And that is business, learn, rebuild, develop and repeat. If you don't have that criteria, don't jump into business lah. I hope that GCR could improve more than never ! At least on the breakfast.
I'm giving one star for the pool, even less better than Bayou. But I could see kids and their parents (yeah they played the slides) enjoyed their time in the pool. And pools open at night too ! Remarkable 😉 "

Our experience was terrible. We received very poor services. The front-desk not dealt my complaint with well. The place is totally poor maintenance. The cleanliness of the room also for other facilities are very bad. The water quality at the water park is bad. In fact it's filthy.
I came on the long weekend and public holidays, so there are too many guests. But it seems the management do not know how to handle well. They need extra staff (obviously more than half of them are trainees). The water theme park only provided TWO lifeguards to "observe" thousands of people which majority are kids.
This place has quite bad standards, it is actually worse than I expected it to be. "
