" Rm 7.50 for a regular size. I can get Rm 7.90 for a large in Chatime. And the taste of the drinks in Gongcha felt diluted.
BTW the staff was busy playing with his phone when I want to order yesterday. He didn't even wanna look up and let me waited. Then while ordering he was still busy playing his phone.
My order will only take him 2 min, and there is no other customer, he can just finish taking my order and continue with his phone but instead he was being very rude. I ordered but he read his phone message before key in my order. Keep me waiting all the time and he didn't even notice when I asked him if there is any other size.
Thankfully his colleague that was making the drinks help him and answer me. Management need to send this guy's back to training. Attaching his photo. "
