Prices are expensive inside compared to outside so you need to toss up how much you will spend in there whether it’s worth to get all inclusive. We didn’t band we’re glad because restaurants inside were bit on the ordinary. Drinks not worth their prices either. Breakfast was good but no taste don’t know what was going on there. Lunch by the pool in family wing was amazing, best pizza !! Never the less great place to stay! "

" There are some reasons why I would not call this a 5 star resort. The room wasn't cleaned properly when we checked in. The mini bar was stocked with the lower grade beers and snacks. Also in the last week of our stay it seemed that the level of cleaning deteriorated for example the bar fridge was not stocked properly and the cleaning was not up to scratch.
To be fair i have to comment on the good things as well. First the bad. When we arrived at the hotel we needed to swipe our credit card used to pay for the booking. There was a problem with the hotels card machine and it kept on returning an incorrect pin error. The attitude from the concierge manager was less than helpful which resulted in us having to make expensive calls to our bank who couldn't assist because the issue was with the card machine used by the hotel. This was unnecessary as we have just made a 22 hour commute from South Africa and just wanted to have shower and relax.
This started our trip on a bad footing but on the positive side there were many reasons why I would return. The food at the resort was second to none. The variety was great ranging from Indian, Thai, Chinese, Australian, Indonesian, Italian and American. There are more than 5 restaurants on the resort and with the gold all inclusive option you could eat at all of them and have access to 24 hour room service. Drinks are included in the gold all inclusive except the hard tack was to local whiskies and vodkas which was the only downside. We stayed for 14 nights and never got tired of the food.
The service from the room service and restaurant staff were impeccable. Nothing was ever an issue.
Our main reason to book the resort was that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Bali which it lived up to. The beach was private to hotel guests and those that were staying at the neighbouring hotels. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the kids club was a great benefit. It cost us 18 dollars per hour for a baby sitter. Kids over 4 can stay at the kids club for free till 5pm.
With the all inclusive came massages and access to water sports. Free laundry 2 items per person per night. The hotel shuttle offered free trips to the shipping centres and to the airport. There is a gym on the premises and a games room. There are 2 large pools that caters to the main resort and family paradise which is the other part of the resort. The hotel has its own live entertainment at dinner time almost every day.
i would definitely return. Maybe the concierge staff can brush up on their customer service skills and perhaps the cleaning can be improved. But all round a very good stay and I would definitely recommend if you are travelling with kids. "

Every detail and every requirement is taken care of and the staff are amazing and always happy to help. About the beauty of this place, this hotel is located on beautiful beach and has a beach side restaurant. Just sitting by the beach at 10 in the night and enjoying the breeze is something you have to experience and can't be written. It was difficult to capture the beauty of this hotel and place in the pictures. Expect better than what you see in pictures here. "

" Awesome place to stay. We have been there twice and will go back again. The staff is friendly, the while place is clean and well looked after. The resort isn't in the party area of Bali. It's great for families or people just wanting to relax. Our 4yo loved the kids club.
The location is pretty great because you aren't in the heart of it all where it's loud and dirty, but you aren't tucked away where there is nothing to do either. There are great little restaurants, bars and shops just across the street and a Starbucks just a short walk away. "

" Stayed for 5 nights in an ocean view room 3335. Room was spacious and clean with amazing views! Aircon stayed cold the whole time. Added the all inclusive for 3 days as it was worth it for me not to have to leave the hotel to find food ect. Only issue is the mini bar.. You must check and ask for it to be refilled. Pool and beach were great and the use of the beach activities was also good. Wasn't too busy when I was there so it was very relaxing. Would definitely return. "

" I had a great experience! The food was great. Breakfast was included during my stay .The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly. The employees also stopped by to see if my guests and I needed any extra towels. We had access to the beach, several pools, and entertainment for adults and children. There are restaurants and massage places near by if you do not want to use the hotel's restaurants or massage places. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. "

" Staff lacks in initiative and of course they are hapless in communicating specially in english.
You can overhear noises from the neighbouring rooms, that speaks a lot about privacy.
The comod (W C) has surprisingly higher water levels and when we showed it to the staff, they claimed it to be normal which to me seemed to be very unheiginic.
The property is grand but the heart of hosts seemingly is quite small or may be they are overworked.
Somehow I felt as if I am in a PG with a great location and facilities. Which is a likely case in a luxurious old age home. "

" Great room view in our suite, however.... aircond was weak and barely got below 25 degrees, the internet only made the distance to the toilet in our room, the door to the balcony did not close letting in mosquitoes all night(needed to sleep with insect repelant all night) very romantic, the power adapter was said to be avialable to all roo s apon request although one room had booked it out, the food was way overpriced and cold and neved came out together, the hotel transfer to the airport could not help in taking us to our second hotel ( in kuta).
This place was the worst place i have stayed at in bali. "

Get an all inclusive package if available, it certainly is well worth it. The package includes all food, all drinks (alcoholic as well) all mini bar drinks , room service food, water sport vouchers, all theme nights, devdan show vouchers.
The beds and pillows are very comfy with plump pillows! The daily room clean is excellent and twice daily they will give you clean bath towels. Pool towels are lovely and big and plentiful.
The facilities are fabulous with many pools and a well catered for kids area..if you have small (0-12) children get a room in the kids club wing of the resort because you are close to everything kid friendly...including their kids water park! Honestly you don't really need to leave the resort! Massage across the street in the shops will cost $6—$7 per hour for full body ...they are great and we'll worth a try. On the beach the massage ladies will do the same for same price.
The resort also offers free 1 hour yoga classes daily, free water aerobics, free beach soccer and volleyball,( kayaking and catarmaraning and windsurfing lessons are also provided for all inclusive packages!) BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!! Biggest decision each day is which restaurant to eat in!!! "
