" Counter staff is not helpful. I have called in several times to make appointment for evening slot. But no matter when i CALL IN, I WOULD ALWAYS RECEIVE THE TYPICAL RESPONSE THAT IS FULLY BOOK FOR THE MONTH. I call in the beginning of the month, they would also say it is fully book for the month. So does that means I would need to book one year in advance in order to see a dentist in the evening slot? This is totally ridiculous which I don't feel that you all have the empathy when someone is having in great pain. It is not just some scaling and polishing which can wait a few months. I don't feel it is right to operate a clinic in this way. This is the worst clinic ever in the area. "

" Overall experience was very good. The Doctors are friendly and explained the procedures before proceeding with treatment. Customer felt confident with their clarifications.
However all this good imaged is tarnished by 1 particular counter staff. Not sure her name as they are not wearing any identification badges. She has thick black eyeliner (typical Ah-Lian) look.
She seems to be in constant grumpy disposition and tired of answering customer query. The reply she gave mostly accompanied with sarcasm. At times it appears rude too.
Greenlife may start to loose patients if your counter staff is not willing to help customer reschedule appointments. Even if the slots are full, your staff should learn how to use proper caring words and not chide and brush people off.
If Greenlife is serious about their company image. They should consider sending her for customer service courses or place her elsewhere other than the frontline. "

" This place is awesome.the Dentist is very professional. I was honestly scared to extract my teeth. But the Dentist explained everything to me and the extraction went smoothly. The receptionists are very friendly when I made a call to book an appointment. They also know their stuff and explained to me things well. Highly recommend this place! "

" The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to last minute requests. Dr Seah and Dr Au Yeong are two very caring and patient dentists. They will explain the treatment in layman's terms and they are very attentive to the patient's condition and requirements. "

" Dr Judy Cheng was friendly and patient. Before the operation, she took the time to explain my x-ray pictures to me, as well as what needed to be done. The operation was clean with minimal discomfort- any spittle was wiped off promptly. Pictures were taken before, during, and after the operation as well, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. "

" I was there to enquire about Invisalign to straighten my teeth as I have heard so much about it. The dentist was very professional and you know they are not all out to swipe out your money. He told me about the good and bad points of Invisalign and also other forms of braces. You know he is very knowledgeable. In the end, I took up the ceramic braces package, which was reasonably affordable and meets my needs. I look forward to going for my adjustments as the staff are warm and the atmosphere is non-threatening. Two thumbs up! My entire family now goes there for their dental needs. "
