" Horrible customer service. Across the board with Harvey Norman. I went to the Sun City location to print a photo. Somehow all 4 of their self service kiosks were broken and the staffed service desk itself was "broken". They told me to go to the MilleniaWalk location to print. Got there and I was told they weren't doing any more printing today (they decided to close up half an hour early). Waste of an hour of my time. I'll spare myself future visits to this chain. "
