Hotel smells so much for mold and ac is very bad. Rooms very small and we booked superior room which was without window (terrible rat hole). Location is good, several restaurants and shops around. Never again. "

" For Indonesian people its very close to Nasi Padang, Hijab Store and 24hours market. But the room are very small and not really kid friendly. The receptionist are very friendly and very polite. Got 2 drinks during stay, water heater works good. "

" I stayed for a week n i can say that the place is good. Very convenient for food lover. Easy access to town n airport. But the only thing i don't like about this place is that we can't adjust the aircon n the room had no windows. "

" Nearest MRT = more than 1 kilometers walk. Take bus to nearest MRT is ok but if you know what are you doing with those bus while you are not citizen and man that live everyday there
It is ok if you are working at Singapore, this Hotel is 5 stars rate. If you are visitors - it could take you up to 4 hours travel every day go to Singapore's entertainment landmarks and back (MRT combines Walk to the west side where all landmarks stay there but the holtel was near Airport, good only for business guy) (Taxi ? if you can pay those fare why are you stay at this hotel ?)
Service, I give it 5 stars. Crew is friendly, provide nice services.
