One unusual thing. We were surprised that our room leaked during a heavy thunderstorm. The proprietor was apologetic, with no other assistance i.e. room change offered.
It was nevertheless a roof over our weary tourists' heads. "

" 1. The hotel location is superb, conveniently located with easy access to the MRT station.
2. All the staff whom I'd met throughout my stay at the hotel were all very friendly, courteous and helpful - from front desk to housekeeping teams.
3. Room is clean, beds are comfortable and facilities are adequate. The complimentary hand phone, in particular, was a pleasant surprise and comes in extremely handy for visitors who do not have data roaming service - it provides free local calls (useful to contact local friends while on the go), and most importantly, allow me to have access to useful travel apps (like google map and various MRT/public transport apps) on the go.
4. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with Innotel and will definitely earmark this hotel for my future visits to Singapore. "

" Small but cozy rooms. Really close to the heart of the city, the central park and transport hub. The brewery up front is impressive in diversity and really neat.

" Fairly basic room but clean and fairly modern. Bed was large and comfortable. Air con and to our surprise there was a mobile phone in the room which you can take out with you around the city yo get free data and WiFi. Also close to one of the main MRT underground stations. Overall very good value compared to other hotels in the city. "

" A hotel with a very convenient location, just off Orchard Street and close to Clarke Quay with very friendly and helpful staff. The room layout is not the best that I have come across but particularly appreciated the use of a washing machine, dryer and iron. Breakfasts okay, not great but would happily stay there again. "

" Everyone we met at the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. They helped us with early check-in and extended our check out until 6pm! We even had our room upgraded! The room was clean, service was great and ambience was fantastic! "

" Close to the Dhoby Gaut station giving access to the airport, this hotel has small but clean and comfortable rooms for anyone having a short stay in Singapore. Close by on Orchard Rd is the large Singapore Plaza which offers a vast range of shopping and food experiences. Mini bar drinks are free and tea/coffee facilities provided. The bar downstairs at street level makes a drinkable espresso coffee. The whole hotel is airconditioned and rooms were quiet during our stay. "

" We stayed at Innotel for 4 days and 3 nights. We were out most of the time being tourists in Singapore. We mostly just slept in the hotel because we want to maximize touring around places like Sentosa specially Universal Studios, Singapore Zoo and River Safari, Bayfront including Garden by the Bay, etc. We also went to buy souvenirs. Innotel is located in the center of all these sites so it was easy for us to go around and also to find dining and shopping destinations to sample local food and buy Singaporean souvenirs. And, the place is not that expensive and sufficient for our needs such as have a nice place to sleep with people who are kind and helpful. "

" Fabulous staff, couldn't be more helpful and we nearly wept with gratitude when they cheerfully told us at 6am following a 13 hr flight that we could go straight to our room. No additional charge for this either!

" The hotel location is the main draw as it's located close to a main sibway station. The hotel room is clean albeit small, and staffs are friendly.
My suggestions for improvement:
1. Lower the shower curtain. It's so high that the big gap at the bottom allow water to splash outside and make a mess (this's been pointed out by other comments in Tripadvisor).
2. Poor noise isolation. Front desk should remind guests during check in to avoid talking loud in hallway. During my ten days stay there were so much noise from hallway, especially guests with kids talking in hallway frequently that drove me crazy!

" Nice hotel with pretty good location. It's right near Plaza Singapura which is at one end of Orchard Rd (Ion's at the other end). 20 min walk from one end of the road to the other.
Service was great and prompt.
Not particularly cheap once you take into account the 17% surcharge (10% service, 7% GST), but there's not much else in the immediate area which is around the same price.
Overall happy with the decision to stay there. "
