Booked 1 starex and 1 mini bus for a family trip. The starex was for elders who have difficulty walking to clear customs.
On the actual day, only one 40 seater bus turned up. This is totally different from what we have booked and we were not asked or informed prior to that. Called all contact numbers and no one from the company was contactable. Left with no choice we had to take the bus. 90 yrs old grandma, pregnant cousin and uncle with stroke had to tolerate the walking and long queue at the custom.
The return trip, 1 starex and 1 mini bus turned up. But it's not over yet. The aircon in the mini bus was not working. And it broke down in JB. We had to clear the custom on our own using public transport.
The contact people especially Lucas ignored our messages and shunned our whatsapp calls. Had to resort to using a different number to get hold of the person in charge. We asked for refund for the starex that did not turn up, not even asking for compensation for a spoilt trip. We were brushed off with a sgd100 refund. Hello, the starex cost sgd265 per trip. The sgd100 could not even cover our 4 taxi fares back from the checkpoint. Best part, Lucas blocked us on WhatsApp. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. Unbelievable! You have been warned!!!!! "
