" almost all of the staff appeared to be new in cinema business. this mall is somewhat empty day or night. if u don't plan to watch the movie alone, then don't come on a weekday at daytime. for additional safety use the lift from the hotel side to get up as there's always someone at the ground floor. the very idea that the cinema is at the 11th floor in a largely empty mall is a deterrent for me "

The door into theater hall is plain red, hall number a bit distant away, making slight difficult to differentiate between theater door and emergency/stair door. It's hot in the theater hall too. Sound system a bit poor. "
