" Bought some online furniture from their website and some from their lazada shop.
So far so good, for lazada shop they use courier company to deliver ( I bought a shoe cabinet and coffee table ) and i diy myself. Good packing ,well protect the furnitures, take some times to assembly but price really cheap compare to retail shop...
For their website mfdesign.my they use their own delivery team to deliver and assembly my big furniture. I bought the a bedroom set and few bedframe and mattress set. Quite satisfy with their delivery so far.

" Search through google and found mfdesign website . Really like their furniture, a lot of choices and styles can be choose from.
Bought from their website directly and provide assembly service. Good service and helpful staff they have (when i request them to double check the screw). All furniture assembly nicely.

" Please do not buy online furnitures from MF furniture. I bought a study table set from them. They happened to send me the wrong wood panel and missing screws in the package delivered.
They attempted to fix this error by asking me to send them back the wrong wood panel in order to exchange for the correct piece. I find that this is frustrating, however, I did as requested.
The procedures took me 1 month, In between that 1 month I need to bug the seller to check if they've received the wrong wood panel and urged them to send the correct panel back to me asap. And after a month it's still the wrong wood panel received...
Think twice before you buy from them. The price seems to be value for money but you can never reached them by calling their h/p no. And they rarely read your messages unless you make some noise on their fb page.

" A very very bad experience online shopping with this company. Please think twice if you all want to purchase furniture with them. Their service totally sucks!!! They create problem to you but not help u resolve. Measurements show online wrong! Furniture got defects!!! Delivery and assembly need additional charges (beware if you purchase below rm1500)!! Delivery schedule not flexible and never come in time!!! I'm very regret to buy from MF Design Furniture. "
