" Macdonald fast food restaurant at queensway is often crowded during lunch, dinner, weekends/weekdays. Their services are fast/prompt. The fries are served hot not lukewarm. The cashier especially the aunty are trained to be patience and truthful.
I made a visit to this paticular macdonald becos of its service, clean interior and patrons knows when they should leave after they finished their meals. "

" The McDonald offers many seats and there appears to be no shortage of seats. The view is quite nice, it is very comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal.
However, the cleaner does not pay attention to the thing he is cleaning. He almost clear out my full meal with untouched burger and drinks just because I stand up to go take ketchup. This is an area to improve in as I am frustrated that he threw away all of my fries! "
