" OK resort with large gardens and different hot/cold pools. Good for an overnight stay. We stayed for 2 nights during a family vacation and found it quite boring by day 2. Service could be improved. My parents and sister stayed in the one bedroom villa and had significant flooding/ leak in their room during the rainy season in January. The hotel took a while to sort out the issue. Another tip for those staying there and wanting to go on a mangrove tour/ tour to Menjangan is not to organise it through the hotel. They overcharge significantly! would recommend going to the 'warung' across the road from the hotel or organise it directly with boat owners. "

" Lush property with brilliant setting right by the natural hot spring. Food is a bit bland but many restaurants are within 15 minutes drive. "
