Everything was arranged for completion before Chinese holidays. Packing date was chose by them. We arranged our own trip accordingly.
At the last minute, I was informed the ship would be delayed, and then the paperwork in China by the shipping company was delayed.
We missed the window, and we've now been waiting for our belonging one extra-week.
There were extra-fees in the port due to the delay and we're now asked to pay the fees caused by multiple delays under their responsibilities!
The best part is they don't even dare communicating with us anymore, we receive the information from their agent in China, which is a different company.
