" I was in KL for work and I needed a rental car to get around. I found this company online and so far this is the poorest service that I’ve had in all of my rental car experiences. The vehicle given to me had a faulty battery and died on me during my stay there. When my wife called for help, the manager was rude and condescending (Airport Branch). We had to search for the nearest mechanic to jump start the car and paid for it. We went to the nearest branch they had in the city, but I had to hassle them to provide me a reliable vehicle. The manager there was friendlier, but never offered anything to compensate our time or trouble.
I would never rent from ‘Paradise Rent A Car’ again nor recommend this to anyone that is need of a rental in Malaysia. "

" Mailed a day in advance and got a small sedan for 110MYR/DAY for 3 days. Excellent deal compared to the others. Process of picking up and returning was painless. Explanation of toll system by staff was par on - very friendly.
The "per hour over" charge however was rather expensive - make sure you return on time. "
