" I was always happy with them, they were very accommodative, whenever I had an issue it was always very effectively and promptly dealt with. Even the person who sold me the car was extremely good at customer service. Try dealerships in the USA and Europe and you'll see what I'm talking about. I got a lot of respect, service and a willing attitude to solve any issues "

" I've been going in and out of their service centre for months now and it always is a pain for the following reasons:
1. Overpromise and under-deliver - Service advisors hardly return calls/ reply messages and frequently say they will call you at a certain time and they don't. You will have to hound them for an answer.
2. Had faulty over-sensitive sensor lights and they took 6 months and after several visits of leaving the car in their workshop for few days at a stretch to finally find out it was license plate that caused the problem. Unbelievable! "
