" Went to Causeway Point branch today. Not a single customer in the shop and I was told have to wait at least 1 hour.
The guy who talked to me was a hair stylist. Why he cannot help me cut my hair?!!
Only 2 employees in a salon with no customers and I have to wait 1 hour?!! What is this?!!
The other employee was a lady. She asked if I wanted a haircut at that point of time there. Told her yes, she at least try to figure out what can be done.
The guy chipped in and said the available stylist went to throw the garbage.
How long can throw garbage take?!!
Cannot stand it anymore and went to Jean Yip, their neighbour there.
$39.20 wash and cut, cheaper than Pro Trim. Treated with great customer service and got a nice haircut.
I had a haircut at Pro Trim Causeway Point during CNY, the lady hair stylist was really rude. I paid for wash and cut. I had oily hair scalp. She asked me how many days I have not wash my hair.
I am a returning and regular customer.
Give you 1 more chance after the CNY incident, but totally disappointed and speechless at your staff attitude.
You really need to teach your staff what is professionalism and manners.
