" We were provided this lounge access for biz class Malindo Air. The service and quality is most likely one of the worst. Limited option on food and salad bar. No canned soft drinks or alcohol provided apart from cordial orange and watermelon juice. Food was not warm either. Only plus point lights are so dimmed you could take a nap. "

" Cosy lounge at KLIA, kualalampur. Good ambience. Limited Veg and Non veg food counter available. Not a big one but quite swanky. If you consume food from the counter, no extra cost. if you order, it costs extra. It is on an extreme end towards gate c5. Free WiFi available. "

" One of the worse lounge I have visited. The lounge lacked privacy, had paltry food offerings, and worse, had almost no staff taking care of the users. However, the egg station and the acceptable shower facility slightly made up the flaws the lounge has. "
