" Booked the largest room with airport shuttle package, and e-mailed the hotel three times regarding airport to hotel transfer but never got any reply. So I ended up taking a taxi in the end.
My room condition is shockingly dirty and it's definitely unlike the pictures shown on their very misleading website.
Furthermore, this is the only "hotel" I've ever stayed, where I need to request for an air conditioning remote from the staff. Just avoid this place. "

" Best Budget Hotel for Overnight Transit
1. The airport transit provided is very cheap at only RM5 one way. Don't mind the quality of the transport.
2. I only stayed a few hours for rest and shower before checking out to catch my midnight flight even though I booked for 1 night. It's so much cheaper than checking-in to airport premium lounges. The hotel gave me complimentary airport transit to KLIA2. Thank you Sky Star Hotel.
3. The room is clean, shower is good, air-con working.
4. Only bad thing the security keycard access to room has malfunctioned. Room only accessible by staff's keycard. Hope they have this issue settled.
Overall I will stay in this hotel again for my next transit "

" As for a short stay for a transit or else, hotel is nice. Staff is good and can speak English too.
Rooms are clean and tidy.

Staff is responsive even in the late mid of the night. I need to check in for my flight on the web so as I tried to go online, I found the internet was down so called the staff and got it right back up and running.
RM 5 per person shuttle service to KLIA is available too inclusive of 1 luggage & 1 Carry.
Extra Baggage is charged for another RM 5 each piece.
Got Indian (Mamk) restaurants and general stores all around nearby. General stores close at night and open back early in the morning 6:00pm.
Car Parking is not a problem at all.
Room Air Con was fixes on the wall so this was the only discomort in the night.
Wassrooms are ok.
Towels provided on request.
Sleepers were not provided.
There were mineral water bottles, instant coffee packs, and ahot water electric cattle.
Ear buds and tooth brush/paste was there already.
LCD Channels and remote control worked fine.
Trolley boy was very nice.
Flexible environmen.
It was a nice relaxing experience. "

" Hey out there, booking from home 133 Myr, but when arrive have too pay for breakfast which was included before, the bellman Want 20 myr too bring the luggage to second floor, says after, insisting hard on bringing it up.
