" By far my favorite vet to go to. Brought my JRT in once to see why his fur was dropping and his skin red and Irritated. The vets are quick, efficient and only provide the necessary medication required by my pooch. Another time I went back was due to my month old kitten being unable to go. I have forgotten which vet tended to my baby but he was quick with getting him to pass motion and didn't seem at all frightened of the vet, if anything he deemed much for relieved and relaxed. The only thing that disappoints me is the fact that they're not open on public holidays. Aside from that, highly recommended this vet to new pet owners. Reasonable price and absolutely quality service. "

" Would like to thank Dr Rachel Tong & her excellent team for the palliative care extended to my elderly demented JRT, Prince. He got very sick with seizures & lung infection. He lost his appetite & was incapacitated as a result. But miraculously, he responded really well to the acupuncture treatments administered by Dr Tong. Just after a few sessions of TCVM & acupuncture, his seizure stopped & he regained his hearty appetite. With their help, Prince managed to live out his last 6 months comfortably. "

" Dr Rachel Tong is very patient with my dog, Ricky, who is suffering from diabetes. She understands the difficulties I had when dealing with Ricky at home and helped to develop a treatment plan that's beneficial to both Ricky and I. Ricky lost quite a lot of weight (until his ribs were visible) when he was diagnosed with diabetes in Aug 2016 and under the care and regular acupuncture sessions with Dr Tong, Ricky's diabetes is gradually under control now. Looking at how happy and chubby Ricky is now, I'm very thankful to Dr Tong and her team. Thank you so much! "

" Brought my boyfriend's dog to Spring Vet for a checkup. Dr Sara Bay was very gentle when handling his dog and also precise during the checkup. She professionally recommended the necessary supplements to be taken should we wish to do so. Dr Sara Bay patiently answered our queries as it was the first time getting a dog. The nurses are really nice and caring too. "

" This is my second time bringing my dog to Spring Veterinary Care and it was a good choice because my dog was suffering from a skin allergy/ redness and has been dropping fur pretty badly. I was very worried and fortunately, upon consultation with Doctor Rachel, she said my dog was suffering from heat related skin condition. And after a good analysis, and proper medication, my dog is en-route to a full recovery.
You know you got a good vet when she only uses medication and treatments that she will use on her own dogs. The knowledge and attention to details is excellent. I feel so safe having my dog treated by her. "
