" I would give no stars if I could. Staff are only friendly until purchase is made. Once the receive payment, you can forget about getting any decent service. Delivery guy was extremely rude and didn't come during the timing that they had given us. When I provided this feedback, sales staff got defensive, nasty and I wasn't allowed to speak to management/superiors (I was told there was no management for this company). "
