It is two storeys high and seats approximately 120 pax, all indoor air-conditioned. Service was fast and there is usually a short queue, crews were friendly. Interior is modern minimalistic. "

" I love Starbucks but this outlet has unique problems. Very often, this place is unfortunately invaded by a certain group of students hogging tables - sometimes, I believe, for the whole day. 2nd floor is a no-go for walk in customers. Understandably students, also Starbucks' customer, needed place to study and it will be rude for Starbucks to chase them away. The management struggles to keep balance on how much space for some of these hogger-student and non-hogging customers. Where possible, I would avoid this outlet. What a pity. "

You may want to grab a seat first before going to order because more often than not, theres quite a lot of people here and a wait to get a table. " Not bad a corner of Holland Village to chill out to a cuppa though it can get crowded at times because of its relatively smaller footprint. Most will go straight upstairs to hunt for a seat though be careful of the steps and don't trip! "
