" The after sales support of this company is terrible. Kitchen appliances are basic needs of a household, especially a refrigerator. Used barely for 16mths, it needs a complete overhaul and now, it takes 2 weeks for them just to even give a date for the fridge replacement. This is totally unacceptable and inefficient! "

" Teka Side by Side 2 door fridge that cost more than reliable Korean brand breaks down after 1 year , just after 1 year warranty period , and the after sales service really not there , after reporting the fault , Teka takes 3 working days to return your call before arranging for a service man , if your fridge breaks down , down time at least 5 working days onwards , the products usually standard new condominium equipment , avoid at all cost if you are buying, there are much more options at affordable price and more reliable after sales service . "
