" I will change my review score from 5 to 2- this is probably the only clinic in Singapore dedicated to feline practice and that’s why I’ve been their regular more than 3 years. But their appointment system is so weird. It doesn’t matter you already booked or just walk-in. I’ve always had to wait more than 1 hr at least (the worst case for 2.5hrs with booking).
I understand it’s because they’re busy, but cats are very territorial animal and they are not comfortable out of their home. Dear cat clinic, if you have too many patient, i think you need to limit the number of patients, not just keep them waiting for again and again. It’s not very good experience for booked clients. "

Staff are very good, sweet and try to help all the time. Prices are reasonable and transparent from what I’ve experienced. "
